Hiranmayee Interiors provides interior design services for both residential and commercial projects, including but not limited to :

1. Space planning
2. Concept development
3. Material selection
4. Project management
5. Custom interior planning

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to :

1. Provide accurate information regarding project requirements.
2. Ensure timely decisions and approvals to avoid delays.
3. Make payments as outlined in the payment terms.

3. Payment Terms

1. A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required before commencing design work.
2. An additional 25% of the total fee is due before starting any construction or installation work.
3. Progress payments will be invoiced according to milestones agreed upon in the project timeline.
4. Final payment is due upon completion of the project.

4. Changes and Cancellations

1. Any changes to the scope of work must be documented and may incur additional charges.
2. Cancellations must be made in writing; deposits are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and documents produced by Hiranmayee Interiors remain the intellectual property of Hiranmayee Interiors until full payment is received.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hiranmayee Interiors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore.
